Final

started with a rough greyscale sketch , one layer , decided to stick to it

threw in some colors that could work on a new layer set to color mode

merged everything on to a new layer(command+option+E) and started defining all the forms and shapes

more detailing with brushwork, and the water is the top layer flipped with motion blur and a red overlay layer clipped to it.
